The services installed are designed to provide heating, domestic water and ventilation services to the Amenity Building Development, Buckmore Park, Chatham, Kent. The building comprises of the following:-

Volunteer Staff Block, Administration Block, Accommodation Blocks 1,2,4 & 5, Disabled Accommodation Block, Conference Centre, Fellowship Hall, Woodland Toilet, Toilet & Snack Bar and Maintenance Block.

Each block or area operates as a completely self contained unit and is capable of complete isolation from the site services distribution systems.

Complete new services were then installed including hot and cold services, space heating, ventilation services, gas and soils and wastes.

Once again H.W. Sladdens was very proud to have been selected for this prestigious project and enjoyed working under Ballast Construction, the Main Contractor for this project.
