The project consisted of a complete phased refurbishment of the A & E department. The layout was changed by removing walls and openings and building forming new.

Complete new services were then installed including heating, vent extract systems, air conditioning, plumbing, medical gases installation before new suspended ceilings were installed and walls plastered to conceal the new M & E installation.

Within the new plant room all the heavy duty air conditioning plant and switch gear was installed. IPS units housing all sanitary ware, pendock casings concealing every single piece of exposed pipework on the project.
